The short version

Festable is a directory of UK music festivals. Use it to find and save festivals you want to go to. That's what it's for. By using the site, you're agreeing to these terms.

Two things worth knowing up front: we earn a commission on some ticket links (see “How we pay for this” below), and festival listings are compiled with AI research tools, so always check the important details with the organiser before you book anything.

What you can do

Browse and search the directory without signing in. If you want to save festivals to a shortlist, mark festivals you've been to, pick the artists you like so we can match you to lineups, subscribe to a personalised calendar feed, or sync any of that across devices, you'll need to sign in with your email address or your Google account. Share pages with friends. That's all great.

What's not okay: scraping the site, reproducing content elsewhere, using Festable for any commercial purpose without asking us first, or sharing your personal calendar feed URL publicly in a way that would let others tamper with your shortlist.

How we pay for this

Festable is a registered affiliate of Skiddle, a ticketing platform. When you follow one of our ticket links to Skiddle and buy a ticket, we may earn a small commission from Skiddle. You never pay more because of it — the price is the same as going direct.

This does not buy a festival a place in the directory, a better match score, or a higher position in any list. Listings, search results, and quiz matches are never ranked by what we earn from them. Ticket links to other platforms — Ticketmaster, Dice, See Tickets, Eventbrite, or a festival's own site — carry no affiliate relationship and earn us nothing.

If that ever changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Accounts

Accounts are created when you sign in. You can do that two ways: with your email address (we send you a 6-digit one-time code to verify you) or with your Google account. There's no password to remember, no separate sign-up form, and no fee. By signing in, you confirm you're entitled to use the email address or Google account you sign in with, and that the information you (or Google) share with us is accurate.

When you sign in we record which version of these terms you agreed to, and when. If we make a material change, we'll ask you to agree again.

You're responsible for keeping your email inbox and, if applicable, your Google account secure. Anyone who can read your inbox could receive a sign-in code for Festable. If you think your account has been used without your permission, get in touch.

We may suspend or close an account if it's being used to abuse the service, scrape data, or do anything illegal. You can delete your account any time by emailing us at hello@festable.live. See the privacy policy for what that removes.

Favourites and calendar feed

Your favourites and calendar subscription are a convenience, not a guarantee. Festival dates move, get cancelled, or sell out. Always check with the organiser before making travel or ticket plans based on what you see in your feed.

The calendar feed URL contains a random token tied to your account. Treat it like a private link — anyone with the URL can see your shortlist (but not your name or email).

About the data

Festival listings are pulled together from public sources and processed with AI research tools. We do our best to keep things accurate, but dates, lineups, ticket prices, and venue details can change fast.

Always double-check the important stuff directly with the festival before buying tickets or booking travel. We can't be held responsible if something turns out to be wrong or out of date.

Festival matching quiz

The quiz uses a matching algorithm that scores festivals based on your taste preferences, genre overlap with artists you like, lineup matches, and proximity to your location. Match explanations are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude).

Match scores and explanations are personalised suggestions, not guarantees. They're meant to help you discover festivals — not replace your own research. We don't promise any level of accuracy in the matching, and results may vary depending on the data available for each festival. Nothing in the quiz is sponsored, and no festival can pay to appear in your results.

Feedback you send us

If you use the feedback button to report wrong information, suggest a missing festival, or tell us something else, we store what you write so we can act on it. Don't include anything confidential or personal that you wouldn't want us to read. We may use your suggestions to correct or extend the directory without owing you anything for them.

Festival organisers

Festival names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. We use publicly available information for directory purposes only and don't claim ownership over any of it.

If you run a festival and something on Festable is wrong or you'd like it removed, just get in touch at hello@festable.live.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. No tracking starts until you accept the cookie banner. You can read more in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link out to festival websites, maps, and ticketing platforms. These are provided for convenience. We don't endorse them and we're not responsible for what happens once you leave Festable — including anything you buy on a ticketing site we link to. Your contract for a ticket is with the seller, not with us.

Availability

Festable is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll be available all the time or completely free from errors. We might need to take it down or make changes at any point.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of Festable or anything you find on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law. If you're using Festable as a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

If anything changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is material, we'll ask you to agree to the new version next time you sign in.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
